Requirements

? Reside in the state of Georgia

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applications

? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

? Availability to work under 4 hours per scheduled shift

? A quiet, distraction-free home office environment

Responsibilities

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

? Provide accurate information regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes

? Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently

? Process payments and assist with refund requests

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta?s services and policies

? Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
