Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Proficient in English (both written and spoken) ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software ? Previous customer service experience is a plus ? Availability to work under 4 hours per day

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat ? Assist with booking and modifying reservations ? Provide accurate information about flight schedules, policies, and services ? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner ? Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records ? Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer support ? Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Delta?s services and policies

Educational Qualifications:
