Job Description


As a Customer Care Representative at Delta Airlines, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing excellent customer service and support. Requirements


– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor?s degree is a plus.


– Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or airline setting.


– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.


– Proficient in using computers and various software applications.


– Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Educational Qualifications


– High School Diploma or GED required.


– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
