Job Summary: As a Walmart Listing Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on Walmart's online marketplace. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and compelling product presentations, optimize listings for search visibility, and support online sales growth. Work Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST Responsibilities: ? Product Listing: Create and update product listings on Walmart's online platforms, including detailed product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information. ? Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on the online platform. Coordinate with inventory management teams to replenish stock as needed. ? Product Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and sales conversion. Use keywords, tags, and other optimization techniques to enhance product discoverability. ? Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings, including product descriptions, specifications, and images. Perform regular audits to identify and correct listing errors or discrepancies. ? Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and pricing to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Implement strategies to maintain competitiveness in the online marketplace. ? Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews related to product listings. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to support online sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and Product lister for Walmart. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management. ? Proficiency in using online marketplace platforms and listing tools (e.g., Walmart Seller Center) ? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and its formulas. ?
