What you'll do...

Manager II, Operations, Ecomm - Video Producer

We are looking for a Video Producer to join the Driver Experience team as part of the Spark Driver Last Mile Delivery function at Walmart. In this role, you will lead and support a variety of initiatives and workstreams focused on enhancing driver experience and engagement through the creation of video resources.

You would be responsible for facilitating the video creation process from conception to completion, while also maintaining and tracking the status of all video resources in development.

You will leverage your project management skills to ensure all video resources are delivered on time and communicate any status updates to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple video creation projects, engaging directly with business partners, creative leadership, and freelance talent.

Manage the project lifecycle of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure each final video deliverable meets the project objectives, is accurate, and is approved by all stakeholders.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Legal, leadership and internal Creative to coordinate tasks and ensure video campaign alignment.

Closely collaborates with the Sr. Learning & Resources Manager on video strategy.

Collects metric data to gauge bandwidth and efficiencies within the video creation team.

Works with external agency partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables when needed.

Maintains and monitors the relationship with 3rd party vendors providing support for the Content team.

Required Competencies

Excellent verbal, written, and editing skills, with strong project management experience, and adept and managing successful projects in a matrixed corporate environment by building coalitions and driving consensus

Data-driven with impeccable organization and high comfort working with technical subject matter.

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative, energetic, and tenacious self-starter with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across Last Mile delivery for the Walmart US business.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field preferred and 4 years of work experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field; OR MBA with 3 years of work experience in related field.

Combination of agency and/or in-house experience of at least 4 years.

A keen eye for details, organization, and possess a solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent command of English and strong proofreading and writing skills.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
