Job Description

• Educate patients on managing their health conditions and promoting healthy lifestyles.


• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.


• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.


• Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and telehealth technologies.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.


• Experience with telehealth or virtual care is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.


• Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Telehealth Nursing) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.


• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care settings is preferred.
