Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Previous customer service experience in a virtual setting is a plus. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. ?
