About the position
The Senior Manager HR Technology - Recruiting will play a pivotal role in enhancing Macy's recruitment strategy through the effective use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This position involves optimizing recruitment processes, overseeing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve user experience. Responsibilities
? Oversee the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization while enhancing user experience for both recruiters and candidates.
