We are a fully... remote company, with 3 co-founders based in Bogota, Brussels and Madrid. The rest of the team is spread across Europe, Africa and South America.

Your role:
? Business Development (80%)
? Identify and contact potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, personalised messages, and cold calling.
? Present and promote Jobgether's services to prospective clients in order to book demos.
? Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
? Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
? Provide feedback to the team to improve our services and customer experience.
? Marketing/Growth (20%)
? Research, contact and help in organising Marketing activities with potential clients.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute marketing campaigns.
? Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on lead responses.
? Share relevant content with prospects to educate and engage them.

Requirements: ? At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote work environment. ? Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 99% of your day will be in English. Spanish language is a bonus. ? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ? Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Proficiency with CRM software (we use Hubspot) ? A proactive, results-oriented approach to work. ? Passion for remote work and flexible work arrangements.
