Sales Development Representative
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a driven and energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales. You're a self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You must be comfortable with proactive outreach, prompt email communication, and presenting solutions on calls with pricing options to prospective customers. As a Sales... Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating leads, creating campaigns, and building the sales pipeline. There are a ton of ways this role can grow over time and also have an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
? Inbound Lead Qualification: Review the inbound leads generated from our website. Proactively reach out to qualified leads.
? Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through new email campaigns and social media outreach.
? Sales Calls: Schedule and eventually run sales calls. Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, pricing models, and services. We will train you!
? Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with our leadership team to refine lead generation strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
? 1-2 years experience in an SDR role, preferably in a B2B environment.
? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
? Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage potential clients effectively.
? A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
? Resilience and persistence, especially in the face of rejection.
? A team player attitude, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
? Preferred - Experience with agency work, social media platforms, and the creator space.
