Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in follow up of inbound leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the initial lead to opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities
? Contact and qualify potential customers through calls, texts, and emails
? Set appointments and follow up on leads
? Track progress towards meeting sales goals
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
? Use Salesforce and sales outreach tools to manage leads and sales activities
? Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
? Report on lessons learned and be adaptable to try new approaches
Requirements
? 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service
? Must be located in eastern time zone (can work remote)
? Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and/or sales outreach software
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
? Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
? Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
? Time management and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Flexibility and adaptability to change
Preferred Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in business or related field
? Previous success in a sales development representative role
? Involvement with a school PTA or PTO as a board member or active parent member, a plus
