We are looking for customer service experts, sales and service representatives, and technical support representatives.This role is the perfect opportunity for someone considering a career in customer services in industries such as automotive, banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, consumer electronics, media and communications, retail and e-commerce, travel and transportation, and the energy and public sector.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM : + You must have a quiet, distraction-free location to work from in your residence.+ You must possess a High School diploma or GED.
? You may need to have your own PC (desktop or laptop only) and high-speed internet (satellite and wireless hotspots are not approved), both of which will be tested and retested as needed as part of the application process.
? You will need to have a monitor or possibly dual monitors; The requirements vary by client and will be discussed prior to you start.
? A smartphone is required for security verification. A landline may be required based on the position offered.+ All positions may require the purchase of equipment such as, but not limited to, a headset, flash drive, and dual monitors.
