Primary Responsibilities
? Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
? Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assist with the enrollment process.
? Address Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
? Collaborate with Team Members: Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
? Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.
What We're Looking For
? Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for client interaction.
? Attention to Detail: Organizational skills to manage records and paperwork accurately.
? Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and time management skills are essential.
? Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Preferred but not required.
? Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive).
