TSI Corps LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from clients via phone, email or chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the status of their support tickets
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all support activities
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills... through ongoing training and development

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with remote support tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
