? Handle 60-100 calls per day, ensuring effective communication with patients
? Maintain department standard audit error rates and not ready time of 25% or less
? Schedule appointments accurately for the assigned queue while providing exceptional customer service
? Adhere to the employer's attendance policy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
? Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls effectively
? Strong attention to detail in registration processes
? Commitment to maintaining customer service excellence

? Previous experience in a healthcare or related service environment
