    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Process a wide range of registration functions related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
  • Handle 60-100 calls per day, ensuring effective communication with patients
  • Maintain department standard audit error rates and not ready time of 25% or less
  • Schedule appointments accurately for the assigned queue while providing exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to the employer's attendance policy
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
  • Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls effectively
  • Strong attention to detail in registration processes
  • Commitment to maintaining customer service excellence
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or related service environment
  • Familiarity with registration processes and revenue cycle management
