Product Experience Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team at Amazon Inc. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Job Description
As a Product Experience Analyst at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience with our diverse range of products. You will leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and industry best practices to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies that will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your insights will directly influence product development, marketing strategies, and user experience design.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and behavior, conducting market research, and generating reports that highlight key findings and recommendations.
Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you interpret data from various sources, including surveys, customer interviews, and usage metrics. You will be expected to present your findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making processes. In addition, you will stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure that Amazon remains a leader in customer experience.
To excel in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
– Bachelor? degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in product analysis, customer experience, or a similar role.
– Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
– Strong understanding of customer experience methodologies and frameworks.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Experience with user testing and customer feedback processes.
Responsibilities
– Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine product strategies based on customer insights.
– Create and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
– Conduct market research to benchmark Amazon’s offerings against competitors.
– Facilitate user testing sessions and gather actionable feedback.
– Monitor industry trends and best practices in product experience.
– Support cross-functional teams in implementing recommended changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications
– A Bachelor? degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
Experience
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis or customer experience roles is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer behavior analytics is a significant advantage.
