Job Description


As a Product Feedback and Testing Specialist at Amazon, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction. Engaging with customers through forums and social media to understand their experiences and preferences will be a key aspect of your role.


As a Product Feedback and Testing Specialist, you will need to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations. You will also be involved in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new product features and enhancements. Requirements


– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field


– Proven experience in product testing, user experience research, or market analysis


– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills


– Familiarity with user testing methodologies and tools


– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
