As an Operational Support Analyst, you will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing our operational processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including IT, customer service, and project management, to ensure that all systems and operations align with our company? goals and standards. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing timely and effective solutions to support challenges, and contributing to the development and refinement of operational strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers and employees alike.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Monitor and analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operations, escalating complex issues as necessary.

3. Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to implement and refine system solutions.

4. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

5. Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.

6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff on operational practices and tools.

7. Support project management teams in the integration of new technologies and systems into existing operations.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in operational support or a similar role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Experience in a remote working environment preferred.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– A minimum of a Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required.

**Experience:**

– At least 3 years of professional experience in operations or a closely related field.
