  • **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software to ensure a comprehensive record of customer inquiries.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends and product experiences.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and contribute to improving the customer service experience.
