**Job Description:**
As a Guest Relations Associate at Disney, you will be the heartbeat of our magical guest experience. This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering unparalleled customer service, embodying the Disney values with every interaction. **Responsibilities:**
1. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and genuine manner.
2. Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback, ensuring a positive park experience.
3. Provide accurate information about park services, attractions, and special events.
4. Assist guests with disabilities, ensuring they have access to all available services and attractions.
5. Manage large crowds during peak hours while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
6. Process guest transactions and handle cash and credit card operations with integrity.
7. Continuously learn about new attractions and services to effectively communicate with guests.
**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
6. Capacity to manage sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
7. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
**Educational Qualifications:**
– Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Preferred: Associate? or Bachelor? degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
**Experience:**
– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to all new hires.
