Description:

As a Guest Relations Supervisor at Disney, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Guest Relations Cast Members to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for guests who have questions, concerns, or feedback, and will work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist in training and coaching team members to uphold Disney?s high standards of guest service.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service or hospitality industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism

4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills

5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

6. Knowledge of Disney parks and attractions preferred

7. Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support a team of Guest Relations Cast Members

2. Assist guests with questions, issues, and feedback

3. Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any guest concerns

4. Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs

5. Train and coach team members on Disney?s guest service standards

6. Monitor guest service metrics and implement improvements as needed

7. Assist in special events and promotions as needed

Educational Qualifications:
