In this role, you will design, build, and... manage automated email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to promote B2B business development. You will support various teams in their email marketing efforts, with a particular focus on advancing our Sales Team?s email program through content gathering, segmentation, automation, and training.
A successful Email Automation & Growth Manager will:
? Manage all B2B email marketing automated campaigns and processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
? Assess email marketing requests and needs from a variety of teams for automation opportunities.
? Create and build new automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to suit business needs.
? Provide onboarding, training, and support to the Sales Team for their email marketing campaigns.
? Review Sales Team B2B email campaigns and workflows in accordance with best practices and internal requirements.
? Manage the Sales Team email marketing databases and define appropriate audience segments for regular-use new campaign types.
? Analyze automated email campaign KPIs to set appropriate targets and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
? Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools and platforms.
A successful Email Automation & Growth Manager will have:
? 4-year college degree with a Marketing or related concentration
? 2-5 years experience in a Marketing role, email marketing automation role experience is preferred
? Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms
? Ability to identify and analyze KPIs essential to the email channel and derive insights to optimize performance
? Experience automating B2B email campaigns
? Onboarding, training, and troubleshooting aptitudes
? Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms
? Strong Power Point and Excel skills
? Skills to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
? Analytical mindset, strong critical thinking skills
? Ability to listen and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
