We are looking for a skilled and strategic Executive Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in the recruitment of Officers and Directors. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier leadership talent to fill key positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in leadership recruitment, a strong understanding of... organizational dynamics, and the ability to manage complex hiring processes for senior roles.

Key Responsibilities: ? Leadership Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for Officer and Director-level positions across the organization. ? Candidate Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, and partnerships with industry-specific networks, to build a pipeline of qualified leadership candidates. ? Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand the specific requirements for each role, provide market insights, and guide the selection process. ? Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals. ? Interview Process Management: Coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. ? Offer Management: Lead the offer negotiation process, including compensation discussions, ensuring competitive and fair packages that align with organizational standards. ? Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor practices to provide strategic advice on talent acquisition for Officers and Directors. ? Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement with high-potential leaders in the industry. ? Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on search progress, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes to senior leadership.

Skills Considered a Plus:
? Experience in recruiting top-tier talent using high-touch hiring practices
? Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition rules and regulations.
? Proficiency with Talent Acquisition software tools such as MS Suite, Paradox, Textio, Workday, TalentOS, and LinkedIn.
? Thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to finding optimal solutions for our clients and customers, mirroring our commitment to achieving the best outcomes for candidates and team members alike.
? Strong oral and written communication abilities.
? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
? Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adapt as necessary.
? Experience leading and handling large-scale programs and critical initiatives.
? Demonstrated ability to cultivate consultative, influential, and collaborative relationships across various levels of internal and external stakeholders
? Experience working with external headhunting agencies
? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3 years focused on executive/leadership recruitment.

Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current? ?starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors? ?permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.?

Pay: ?$7,094 - $12,533/month?
