What You Will Be Doing...
? Create and implement a robust sales plan to meet ambitious revenue goals
? Lead and coach a sales team to achieve top performance
? Target, qualify, and secure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
? Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers
? Skillfully negotiate and close contracts
? Offer leadership and direction to the sales team
? Work closely with other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience

What You Will Need
? At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a strong success record
? Background in small, fast-growing companies
? Familiarity with selling software tailored for engineering teams
? Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for diverse business needs
? Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while driving new business
? Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
? Proven leadership and management abilities
? Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
