Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
? Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
? Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
? Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
? Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing product-related issues.
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
? Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications
? At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
? Track record of over-achieving quota
? Must be a peer leader with exemplary attendance, positive attitude, and professional conduct
? Driven by success and a desire to innovate and excel in the industry
? Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to adapt to different customer personalities

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Experience working with an automatic dialer is a plus
