As a member of the Sales Team, the Coca Cola Delivery Associate holds the responsibility of selling and distributing products on assigned routes with the aim of maintaining high-quality customer service and increasing sales and volume growth by building and sustaining strong customer relations. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver guarantees the availability of the products in the accounts by making sure that all displays, racks, beverage sections, and vendors are filled accurately according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

? Expand the scale of business in the assigned accounts by selling products, arranging distribution channels, conducting exhibits, and executing promotional activities.
? Assigned accounts receive daily product sales and deliveries as part of the operational routine.
? All accounts must be merchandised and stocked according to the standards of CCBCHC.
? Carry out Point of Sale advertising transportation, replacement, and maintenance procedures based on each account's specific requirements.
? Perform daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity.
? Maximizing payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols.
? Foster positive relationships with account personnel while offering top-notch customer support to all accounts through frequent communication, quick resolution of any problems, and effective follow-up.
? Maintain an impeccable look of CCBCHC products and tools in assigned accounts.
? Effectively manage trade breakage for allocated accounts while maintaining a clean and organized back room.
? Ensure that all CCBCHC safety standards are met by conducting vehicle and load inspections before departure.
? Make certain that CCBCHC's quality assurance standards are upheld in each and every account.
? Safeguarding the workplace is a key component of a company's duty of care.
? Establish and maintain productive and cordial relationships with coworkers and customers.
? Take note of the products, advertising campaigns, and sales performance of your competition.
? Ensuring conformity, respect, and reinforcement of all legislation, policies, operational procedures, and workflows is crucial.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
? The educational requirement for this position includes a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
? The position requires applicants to have worked for 1-3 years in general settings.
? years of commercial driving experience preferred.
? This position may be especially suitable for individuals with prior grocery store or consumer products experience

Training Requirements: ? New Hire Orientation ? The Company delivers an interactive safety training program along with other safety courses that are needed. ? It is mandatory for companies to conduct annual workplace training related to the use of drugs and alcohol ? A demonstration of truck driving skills may be required.
Physical Demands:
? One of the requisites of work is the use of various physical abilities such as motor movement through walking, the creation of sound through speech, and hearing sounds.
? This job calls for a good near-vision and the ability to concentrate intently while operating a computer terminal.
? Successful candidates must possess the physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50+ pounds and perform duties such as standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
It is crucial to have proper training and education on the use of PPE, to ensure that employees understand their importance and how to use them correctly
