Forte Properties NY is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and provide real-time support through live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: ? Customer Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. ? Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. ? Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our properties and services to assist customers effectively. ? Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions. ? Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement. ? Multitasking: Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism. ?... Problem-Solving: Identify common customer issues and provide solutions to prevent future occurrences. ? Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. ? Continuous Learning: Stay updated with property changes, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. ? Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. ? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. ? Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
