Job Description:As a Call Center Specialist at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This is a remote work opportunity based in San Antonio, Texas, offering part-time hours at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role...Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Use active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
