Responsibilities
? Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
? Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account issues.
? Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
? Document all customer interactions in the database accurately and efficiently.
? Educate customers about our services, promotions, and policies to enhance their experience.
? Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
? Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
? Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

PAY RATE : $19.22 - $28.71 Hourly
