Job Description: Assistant Merchandising Manager Ensures that team members are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their duties as required. Develops and sustains an imaginative design for the store and merchandise display. ? Works together with the Team Leader to attain targets in revenue, purchase, and labor expenses. ? Assists the Team Leader in evaluating sales, labor, and reports. ? Shows an impressive comprehension of product features and consistently keeps up with the latest products. ? Develops and maintains positive relationships with suppliers, cultivates fresh vendor relationships, and guarantees that all necessary paperwork is comprehensively prepared for vendor processing. ? Assists the Team Leader in resolving team-related concerns or issues using a collaborative approach. ? Fulfills the duties of the Team Leader and assumes the role of departmental head in his or her absence. ? Ensures adherence to the highest standards of retail execution for success. ? Upholds a congenial ambiance of incredible teamwork, mutual deference, and outstanding motivation. ? Communicates and embodies the WFM vision and objectives through consistent actions and behaviors. ?
