Key Responsibilities:

4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge about Apple devices, software, and services.

5. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Strong understanding of Apple? technology and operating systems (iOS, macOS, watchOS).

3. Proven experience in customer service or technical support.

4. High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or technology preferred.

5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.

7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma required.

– Associate? or Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

– Additional certifications related to Apple products or customer service are a plus.

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, particularly within a technology-focused environment.
