Requirements
? Strong knowledge of Apple products and services
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
? High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
? Customer service experience is preferred
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Proficient in using remote support tools and software

Responsibilities
? Provide remote technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email
? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple hardware and software
? Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to their technical problems
? Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
? Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and updates
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
? Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions

Educational Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
? Certifications in IT or related fields are a plus

Experience
? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
? Experience with Apple products and services is highly desirable
