Requirements
? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Prior customer service experience is preferred.
? Familiarity with Apple products and services.
? Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products.
? Educate customers on product features and functionalities.
? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
