**Requirements:**

1. Reside in a qualifying U.S. state for remote employment.

2. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or IT preferred.

3. Prior experience in customer service or tech support (preferably remote).

4. Strong familiarity with Apple products and operating systems.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

7. Ability to work independently and handle stress effectively.
