5. Robust troubleshooting skills and the capability to work under pressure.

7. Availability to work in a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum of a high school diploma.

– Associates or Bachelor? degree in a relevant field preferred.

**Experience:**

– Prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial but not required.
