Description


Amazon is hiring motivated and customer-oriented individuals for our remote Customer Service team. As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to customers across the United States. Your role will be to help customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
