### Job Description

The Operational Risk Manager at Disney will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures, ensuring they align with Disney? strategic objectives and compliance standards. You will work closely with various departments to assess vulnerabilities potentially affecting operational processes and systems.

Key tasks include conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management. You will also oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies. You will further be tasked with monitoring regulatory changes that might impact operations and lead cross-departmental collaborations to foster risk awareness and compliance. ### Responsibilities

6. Lead the development and execution of crisis management plans.

### Requirements

1. Proven experience in Risk Management or a similar role.

2. Strong understanding of data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.

3. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

6. Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

7. Familiarity with operational, financial, and quality assurance procedures.

### Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor? degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

– Master? degree or professional certification in Risk Management preferred.

### Experience

– Minimum of 5 years?xperience in risk management or an equivalent field, preferably in a large corporation or complex business environment.
