? Inquiry Management:Handle inquiries and requests from clients and travelers, providing information, assistance, and routing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual regarding sustainable travel options, eco-friendly accommodations, and responsible tourism initiatives
? Reservation Assistance:Assist travelers with booking accommodations, flights, and eco-friendly transportation options, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and sustainability values
? Itinerary Coordination:Coordinate travel itineraries, including accommodations, flights, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients and guests while promoting sustainable travel practices
? Environmental Awareness:Educate travelers about eco-friendly travel options, carbon offset programs, and sustainable tourism practices, encouraging them to make environmentally conscious choices during their journeys
