    Magic Leap is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position where you will be responsible for engaging with our customers via web chat, providing them with exceptional service and support.   • **Product Knowledge:** Develop a thorough understanding of Magic Leap's products and services to provide accurate information, support, and recommendations to customers.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve customer issues effectively while documenting interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • **Feedback Loop:** Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and relay insights to management for continuous improvement of services and products.
  • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • **Continuous Learning:** Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • **Innovation:** Identify opportunities to improve chat processes, suggesting new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and streamline workflows.

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support role, with a proven track record of success in a chat-based environment.

  • Proficient with chat platforms, CRM systems, and other technology tools used in customer service.
