- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively engage with customers
- Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
