Virtual Assistant Position at Creative Production Agency
We are a leading Creative Production Agency specializing in Corporate Events and Training. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team supporting our executive ownership. This full-time employee role offers a flexible schedule from 8am to 6pm CT, Monday through Friday, allowing for longer personal... breaks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive team's schedules and calendars.
Assist with communication management across various platforms.
Handle expense management tasks, including proficiency in Expensify.
Conduct research and coordinate on various topics.
Manage executive 'to dos' with proficiency in ClickUp.
Provide remote support and coordination for corporate meetings and in-person activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and vendor management.
Facilitate follow-ups with other team members on behalf of the executive team.
Create and maintain documents, research summaries, and spreadsheets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant, with at least one year in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.
Demonstrated purpose in helping others through work.
Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and sharing tasks in a digital environment.
Experience creating detailed, easy-to-read directions and taking notes on a computer.
Strong Active Listening Skills And Problem-solving Abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom or MS Teams. Experience in ClickUp, Slack, Expensify, Adobe Acrobat, and/or AI note-taking solutions is a plus.
Stable internet connection and availability during specified hours.
