About the position

The Ticket/Gate Agent at Delta Air Lines is responsible for managing the check-in and boarding processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities
? Own the check-in process and boarding process.

? Make gate announcements and ensure customers have accurate travel documentation.

? Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.

? Operate loading bridges and open, close, and secure aircraft doors.

? Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.

? Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Requirements
? Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

? Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

? Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Possess basic digital literacy.

? Pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
