What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Plan, lead, and implement parenting, educational, independent living skills, and recreational activities
• Build positive relationships with program participants and children
• Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures
• Engage with participants to foster positive development
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate's Degree Preferred in a Human Services Field, Education, or Psychology; Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6-month experience in a human services field or Child Welfare Field working with children and adolescents
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance
• Experience with computer software and Trauma Informed Care
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Pregnant and Parenting Populations
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
