We are currently looking for High-Volume Talent Advisors (Recruiters). In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our RPO client by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing door to door sales telecommunication professionals.

You?ll be tasked with filling a large volume of positions quickly and efficiently while ensuring that each candidate experience is positive and aligns with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities: ? Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume sales roles, from screening to interviewing and extending offers. ? Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing sales hiring needs across multiple regions. ? Collaboration: Partner closely with the PS Strategy Team and our Client's Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and hiring processes. ? Data-Driven Recruitment: Using our proprietary software, Hiregate, utilize recruitment metrics and reporting to continuously improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. ? Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Your Qualifications should include:
? Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within sales or a related field.
? Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidate potential effectively.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
? Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
? Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
