What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Establish a culture of action and discipline in contact center sales channels
? Optimize contact center sales channel strategy for ROI and company objectives
? Develop and execute positioning strategy in collaboration with various departments
? Lead the creation of effective sales commission plans to drive growth and retention
? Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a great customer experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? BA required/MA or MBA preferred
? Minimum of 10+ years in contact center sales leadership within the telecommunications industry
? Strong experience defining business requirements and collaborating across teams
? P&L leadership with a track record of growth and turnaround experience
? Proven executive presence and strategic capabilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience managing across a diverse and highly distributed footprint
? Proven ability to successfully manage through transformation and change
? Strong stakeholder partnership skills
? Understanding of business/consumer behavior
? Experience with BPOs
