The Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in steering the organization's long-term strategy and operational details to drive growth in Trust and Safety and Generative AI arena. A key objective in this role is to identify and secure new growth opportunities, requiring a deep understanding of the business's market position and the potential challenges. You will become a subject matter expert at Teleperformance in Trust and Safety and Generative AI including Data Annotation and Labeling, enabling you to effectively identify and go after these opportunities. You will ensure that operational goals and metrics are met or exceeded, and that all collection activities comply with legal standards. Additionally, you will communicate the vision and strategic direction, improve processes, and motivate your teams to achieve critical goals.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader with operational strength and experience in building and leading large, geographically dispersed teams within T&S, Gen AI, Data Annotation and Labeling and crowdsourcing workforce.

The Responsibilities
? Lead the creation and execution of business development strategies focused on the intersection of generative AI, data annotation, data labeling, and gig economy crowdsourcing platforms.
? Identify emerging opportunities in the AI data services market, particularly in industries reliant on large-scale data for training machine learning models such as marketplaces, social media, autonomous vehicles, healthcare, finance etc.
? Create market specific offering within the GEN AI space focusing on Training the AI and safety of AI (Red Teaming, Prompt Engineering, RLHF, Content rating etc)
? Spearhead the development and launch of a new service line that integrates gig workforce platforms, data annotation, labeling services, and generative AI capabilities. Ensure the service offering is scalable, cost-effective, and delivers high-quality data for training AI models across multiple industries.
? Work cross-functionally with product, AI development, and operations teams to design and implement seamless workflows that combine human expertise with AI-powered tools for optimal data annotation and labeling processes.
? Identify, evaluate, and lead the acquisition or strategic partnerships with platforms specializing in data annotation and labeling services.
? Negotiate contracts, manage integrations, and drive alignment with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration with these platforms, leveraging their capabilities to enhance the company's AI-driven data services offering.
? Assess the potential for either acquiring a data annotation platform or establishing long-term partnerships to build a robust and scalable data labeling operation in-house or through third-party solutions.
? Drive client acquisition efforts by promoting the new service line to industries in need of data labeling, annotation, and crowdsourcing solutions for AI training.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their data needs and providing tailored, high-impact solutions.
? Develop a detailed revenue model for the new service line, focusing on achieving revenue targets through the commercialization of gig-based data annotation and generative AI solutions.
? Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure growth of the service line and the overall business.

The Qualifications
? Sales Experience ? hunting new logos or hunting for new opportunities across multiple industries within the T&S/Gen AI ecosystem
? Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills.
? 8+ years of proven success in business development and consultative experience in the T&S industry
? 5+ years of leadership experience managing staff. Proven positive leadership skills. Successful track record of positively influencing and working effectively with all levels
? 10+ years of previous outsourcing/BPO, operations, or consumer credit experience required
? 5+ years of experience in various aspects of the T&S space with a heavy focus on Gen AI, Data Labelling/Annotation and Crowdsourcing space
? Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills and the ability to work at a senior level
? Outstanding communication skills with leadership and executive-level partners ? written and verbal.
? Being comfortable presenting in a group setting
? Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills
? Strong negotiation and business management skills
? Must be highly detailed oriented with the ability to be productive, accountable, and manage to work under tight deadlines when needed
? Great Team player and passionate about selling
