Responsibilities
? Manage incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely manner.
? Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
? Troubleshoot issues and assist customers in resolving their concerns effectively.
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
? Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in live chat.

PAY RATE : $20.76 - $34.61 Hourly
