Responsibilities as a Benefit Specialist
? Client Outreach ? Connect with clients who have inquired about their benefits.
? Appointment Scheduling ? Set up virtual or in-home meetings to review client benefits.
? Virtual Reviews ? Conduct benefit consultations through Zoom, offering personalized support.
? Enrollment Assistance ? Guide clients through the enrollment process, making it seamless and easy.
? Report Preparation ? Finalize a detailed report card for each client after the benefit review.
