We are situated in some of the most popular areas in Europe.Experience with the following tools:1. Hostaway (required)2. Turno/Breezeway/alternative (ideal but not necessary)3. Dialpad (ideal but not necessary)4. Whatsapp (required)5. Airbnb (expert required)6. Pricelabs (expert required)7. Booking.com (expert required)8. VRBO (expert required)Your responsibilities will include:
- guest communication (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)
- property maintenance coordination
- exceptional guest experiences
- calling support staff (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)
- coordinating cleaning
- Reputation management (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)
